Englisch - B1/B2 Conversation - Communication in Everday Situations

Kursbeschreibung

This online General English course develops learners’ ability to communicate effectively in everyday personal, social, and professional situations. The course focuses on speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with special emphasis on practical communication and real-life contexts. The course follows the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and promotes communicative competence, learner autonomy, and intercultural awareness.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
? Participate in simple conversations on familiar topics
? Express opinions, preferences, and experiences
? Ask for and give information politely
? Understand the main points of clear standard speech
? Follow short presentations and everyday dialogues
? Understand short texts, emails, and articles
? Identify key information in practical texts
? Write short emails, messages, and descriptions
? Use basic grammar and vocabulary accurately

Authentic course material will be provided by the teacher. At the end students will have the chance to prepare a personal project and present it in class.

Sollten Sie erstmalig einen Sprachkurs an der VHS Duisburg besuchen, oder Ihre letzte Teilnahme länger als 3 Semester zurück liegen, ist deshalb vorab eine Einstufung erforderlich!

Das Kursentgelt ist für eine Mindestteilnehmendenzahl von 10 berechnet. Bei weniger Teilnehmenden muss die Kurslaufzeit anteilig gekürzt werden. Eine Mindestlaufzeit von 75% wird aber garantiert.
